Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- six months experience in fresh production area
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- use handheld technology for production and ordering
- maintain inventory and control shrinkage

Job Duties
- collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on bakery tools and resources
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- adhere to food safety, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operate and maintain bakery equipment and manage inventory
- leverage digital tools for sales and production decisions
- drive bakery performance, manage waste and prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- provide exceptional service to members and resolve member issues and concerns
