- Must be 18 years of age or older
- six months experience in fresh production area
- ability to complete required training and assessments within prescribed time
- physical ability to perform bakery duties
- availability to work flexible hours as needed

- knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- ability to follow detailed recipe instructions
- experience using bakery decorating tools
- understanding of food safety standards
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to use digital tools and hand-held devices
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools and resources
- plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs
- follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools and hand-held technology to enhance sales and member experience
- manage bakery volume for seasonal events and assist members with purchasing decisions
