Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Familiarity with digital tools and handheld technology
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer service excellence
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe and measurement instructions while working with decorating tools
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- Manage inventory and control shrinkage in the bakery area
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
