Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe and measurement instructions while decorating bakery products
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Use handheld technology for business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Drive performance of bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards
- Prepare for seasonal bakery events
- Identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Act as a brand advocate ensuring high-quality service and products
- Train, develop and mentor associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with team members
