Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tasks and resources
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency in decorative designs
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to enhance production and sales
- Drive bakery performance by ensuring quality control and preparing for seasonal demand
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
