Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to complete required training and assessments on time
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and move bakery items
- Commitment to upholding company policies and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bakery or cake decorating helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use bakery tools and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and technology
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service
- Plan and execute bakery production ensuring quality and consistency
- Decorate cakes and bakery items using various tools and techniques
- Follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and maintain equipment
- Use digital tools for sales and production decisions
- Assist members with purchasing and resolve service issues
