Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months' experience in fresh production area
- ability to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains the bakery area including work surfaces, windows, mirrors, display cases, and coolers by following company policies and procedures
- Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays
- Removes damaged goods and signs and prices merchandise appropriately
- Ensures consistent quality and accuracy in decorative designs by preparing bakery products, operating bakery equipment, and following recipe instructions
- Utilizes specialized decorating skills to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items such as cakes, cupcakes, and pies
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, taking bakery orders in person or by phone, and resolving issues
- Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions
- Maintains the sales floor in the bakery area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
