Job Requirements

Job Duties

- ensures adherence to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operates, maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment

- drives bakery area performance focusing on quality, date control, and waste elimination
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- trains, develops, and mentors associates
