- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
- Willingness to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace standards

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to use decorating bags, tips, and nozzles
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with digital tools related to production and inventory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and sanitation guidelines
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology for production and ordering decisions
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
