Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments

  • Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
  • Ability to use decorating bags, tips, and nozzles
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency with digital tools related to production and inventory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and sanitation guidelines
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment
  • Use handheld technology for production and ordering decisions
  • Drive bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
