Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative designs
- follow recipe measurement instructions and operate decorating equipment
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- leverage digital tools for sales, ordering, and training decisions
- drive bakery performance including quality, date control, and waste elimination
- prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- identify and assist member needs and resolve concerns
- act as a brand ambassador modeling high-quality service and products
- comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- complete assignments using policies and resources while collaborating with managers and associates
- embrace and foster a culture of belonging and respect
- build strong team relationships and motivate associates
- maintain highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency
