- ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- operates and maintains bakery equipment following sanitation and safety standards
- leverages digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- manages bakery performance including waste control and preparation for seasonal events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- models high quality service and supports training and development of associates
