Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and quality in decorative designs
- follow recipe instructions and work with decorating tools to create detailed bakery items
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- drive bakery performance by managing quality, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- be a brand ambassador by modeling high-quality service and products
- train, develop, and mentor associates in a respectful and team-oriented manner
- comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating and communicating priorities
