Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- willingness to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- compliance with company drug free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic digital literacy and willingness to learn new tools
- customer service oriented
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
- decorate bakery items using bags tips and nozzles
- adhere to food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance
- operate and maintain bakery equipment
- manage inventory and food waste
- utilize digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- identify and assist members with purchasing decisions
- resolve member issues
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume events
- model high quality service and products
- train and mentor other associates
- comply with company policies and ethics
- complete work assignments and communicate progress
- foster a culture of respect and teamwork
- uphold integrity and accountability
