- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures and ethics standards
- Capable of handling physical demands of bakery production tasks

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bakery decorating techniques such as using decorating bags, tips and nozzles
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Basic tech skills to leverage hand-held digital tools
- Ability to maintain high quality and date control standards
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Manage inventory and ensure food safety, sanitation and cold chain compliance
- Use digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their concerns
- Train, develop and mentor bakery team members while upholding company values
