Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete job required trainings and assessments

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Adheres to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Utilizes digital tools for sales improvement and decision making
- Drives bakery performance ensuring quality and waste control while preparing for seasonal events
- Acts as a brand ambassador providing high quality service and mentoring associates
- Complies with company policies procedures ethics and completes work assignments using data and resources
