Job Requirements

- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and work with decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
- Drive bakery performance by managing quality date control standards and preparing for seasonal events
