Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to support bakery operations
- Educates other associates on bakery tools, tasks, and resources
- Plans bakery production ensuring quality and consistency
- Decorates cakes using bags, tips, and nozzles to create designs
- Maintains food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes handheld technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Drives bakery performance by controlling waste and preparing for seasonal events
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves concerns
- Models high-quality service and mentors team members
