Job Qualifications

- cake decorating skills preferred
- ability to use bakery decorating tools effectively

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions and uses decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
- adheres to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
- drives bakery area performance ensuring quality date control and waste elimination
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- models high quality service and products
- trains and mentors associates
- complies with company policies and ethics
