- Proficiency with handheld digital tools for business decisions

- Ability to manage inventory and control shrinkage

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain in-stock levels and control product shrinkage
- Plan and execute bakery production to ensure consistency and quality in decorative designs
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately while utilizing decorating bags, tips, and nozzles
- Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, and product quality
- Prepare for seasonal events that impact bakery volume such as holidays and graduations
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Model high-quality service and products as a brand advocate
- Train, develop, influence, and inspire associates in a respectful and team-oriented manner
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments using company policies, data, and collaborating with managers and coworkers
- Embrace workplace diversity and foster a culture of belonging among associates
- Act with integrity by upholding Walmart values and holding self and others accountable
