Job Requirements
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity and creativity
- Commitment to following company policies and maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months experience in a fresh production area required
- Prior experience in cake decorating is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Proficiency in using digital tools for business operations
- Demonstrated customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure member satisfaction
- Plan and execute bakery production ensuring high quality and consistent decorative designs
- Follow recipes and measurement instructions accurately
- Use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Manage inventory and control shrinkage effectively
- Utilize digital tools for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Drive bakery performance by eliminating waste and preparing for seasonal volume changes
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns professionally
- Promote a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement among associates
