Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and consistency
- Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools for production, ordering, training, and quality control
