- Experience in customer service and resolving member issues
Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Uses digital tools and handheld technology to manage production and improve the shopping experience
- Drives bakery area performance by maintaining quality, controlling dates, and minimizing waste
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- Models high-quality service and supports training and development of associates
- Complies with company policies, maintains integrity, and supports a culture of belonging
