Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to successfully complete job required trainings and assessments

  • Skills in using decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sanitation
  • Experience in customer service and resolving member issues

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Uses digital tools and handheld technology to manage production and improve the shopping experience
  • Drives bakery area performance by maintaining quality, controlling dates, and minimizing waste
  • Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
  • Models high-quality service and supports training and development of associates
  • Complies with company policies, maintains integrity, and supports a culture of belonging
