Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willingness to complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to handle physical demands of bakery work
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliance with company drug-free workplace policy
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and decorative designs
- adhere to food safety, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools for sales and improving the shopping experience
- manage bakery performance including quality control and waste reduction
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- model high-quality service and develop bakery associates
- comply with company policies and ethics standards
- complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
