Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency and quality in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use various decorating tools
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- Manage inventory levels, control shrinkage, and prepare for seasonal bakery events
