- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurements instructions and food safety standards
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- drives bakery performance controlling waste and preparing for seasonal events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
