Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
- maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurements and instructions
- use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- use handheld technology to make immediate production and ordering decisions
- drive bakery performance ensuring quality and date control standards
- prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- identify and assist member needs
- resolve member issues and concerns
- act as a brand ambassador for bakery member experience
- support and train associates
- comply with company policies and ethics
- complete work assignments and priorities using data and resources
