- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment properly
- Utilizes digital tools to improve sales and shopping experiences
- Drives bakery performance by controlling quality, dates, and waste
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
- Models high-quality service and supports team through training and mentoring
- Complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
