Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Must complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
- Able to comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Willingness to work collaboratively and maintain instock levels
- Able to maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bakery meets member expectations
- Educate associates on bakery tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and operate bakery decorating equipment
- Maintain food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Manage inventory and control shrinkage in bakery area
- Address member needs, assist purchasing decisions, and resolve issues
