Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
  • Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • Must complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
  • Able to comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and maintain instock levels
  • Able to maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months experience in fresh production or bakery area
  • Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and bakery equipment
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to use digital tools for production and merchandise ordering
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with flexibility to business needs

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bakery meets member expectations
  • Educate associates on bakery tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and operate bakery decorating equipment
  • Maintain food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • Manage inventory and control shrinkage in bakery area
  • Address member needs, assist purchasing decisions, and resolve issues
