Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- maintains instock levels and controls shrinkage
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions and works with decorating tools
- ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools for sales and associate engagement
- utilizes handheld technology for production and ordering decisions
- drives bakery performance by managing quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste and prepares for seasonal events
- identifies member needs and assists with purchasing decisions
- resolves member issues and concerns
- acts as a brand advocate promoting high quality service and products
- interacts with associates to understand and remove roadblocks
- assists in training developing influencing and inspiring team members
- complies with company policies procedures and ethical standards
- completes work assignments using data and resources
