Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bakery operations
- plan and produce bakery items ensuring quality and consistency
- decorate cakes using various tools such as decorating bags, tips, and nozzles
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to assist in production and merchandise ordering
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve any concerns
