Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete job required trainings and assessments successfully
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to lift and move bakery products and equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in a fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools
- Ability to operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and inventory management
- Proficiency with digital tools for production and merchandise ordering
Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates and maintains bakery equipment following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and ordering
- Drives bakery performance by controlling waste and preparing for seasonal events
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Acts as a brand ambassador by mentoring and supporting team members
