Job Requirements
- Minimum six months’ experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- adherence to food safety regulations and company policies
- capability to operate and maintain bakery equipment
- willingness to work flexible hours including seasonal events

- Six months experience in fresh production area
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to decorate cakes using various tools
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- familiarity with inventory management practices
- proficiency with digital and handheld technology

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- maintains instock levels and controls shrinkage
- plans bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and decorative accuracy
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools and handheld technology for business decisions
- drives bakery area performance ensuring quality standards and waste elimination
- prepares for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves concerns
- acts as a brand ambassador valuing member experience and developing associates
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes assignments using data and resources while adapting to change
- embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging
