Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service
- Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy
- Use decorating tools to create cake designs and lettering
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales and ordering processes
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
