- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of cake decorations
- Use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative designs
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Manage inventory, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
