Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales and associate engagement
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and inventory control standards
- Manage bakery area performance including waste elimination and date control
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Train, develop, and mentor associates in the bakery department
