Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and adhere to food safety standards
- Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and maintain instock levels
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools for sales, merchandising, training, and product quality decisions
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
