Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurement instructions and adhere to food safety standards
  • Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and maintain instock levels
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Leverage digital tools for sales, merchandising, training, and product quality decisions
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
