Job Requirements

- Minimum of six months experience in a fresh production environment
- Ability to complete all required job training and assessments successfully

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe instructions and use decorating tools to create designs
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to enhance sales and associate engagement
- Drive bakery performance by maintaining quality, controlling waste, and assisting members
- Provide training and mentorship to team members promoting a respectful and supportive work environment
- Resolve member issues and assist with purchasing decisions
- Comply with company policies and uphold standards of ethics and integrity
