Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Maintain food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality management
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Drive bakery area performance by ensuring quality and controlling waste
- Support team development by training, mentoring, and inspiring associates
- Adhere to company policies, ethics, and values while promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence
