Job Requirements

  • At least six months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
  • Maintain food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Use digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality management
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
  • Drive bakery area performance by ensuring quality and controlling waste
  • Support team development by training, mentoring, and inspiring associates
  • Adhere to company policies, ethics, and values while promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence
