Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Adherence to company policies and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology advantageous
Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and customer service
- Plans bakery production to ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Manages bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Trains and mentors associates to promote teamwork and high service standards
- Complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
