Job Requirements
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of job required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bakery production
- Willingness to comply with drug free workplace policies
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools effectively
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and work with decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to support production decisions merchandise ordering and training
- Drive bakery performance by managing quality date controls and minimizing waste
- Prepare for seasonal bakery events and assist members with purchasing decisions
- Train develop and mentor associates fostering a respectful and team oriented environment
- Comply with company policies procedures and ethics standards
