Job Requirements

- Six months' experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to lift and move bakery products and equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
- Plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates and maintains bakery equipment while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Utilizes digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and product quality
- Drives bakery performance by controlling quality, managing inventory, and preparing for seasonal events
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- Acts as a brand ambassador by modeling high-quality service and supporting team development
