Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistent quality and accuracy of decorations
- Follow strict food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain guidelines
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology to manage production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Drive performance and date control standards in the bakery area
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
