Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Willingness to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work flexible hours including seasonal events
- Commitment to follow company policies and ethical standards
- Physical ability to perform bakery production tasks
- Availability to work at specified location in Gainesville, FL
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of six months experience in a fresh production area
- Ability to operate bakery decorating tools and equipment
- Understanding of food safety standards and inventory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with digital tools and technology relevant to bakery production
- Ability to collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support member service
- Plan and execute bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain sanitation guidelines
- Utilize digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and product quality
- Drive bakery area performance including waste reduction and quality control
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Train and mentor associates fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment
