- Ability to decorate bakery items using various tools and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience with digital tools and handheld technology preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve associate engagement
- Manage bakery area performance, quality, and waste control
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
