Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform bakery tasks
- Adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Ability to use decorating bags tips and nozzles creatively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic competence with digital tools and technology
- Commitment to high quality standards and customer service
- Preferred: cake decorating experience
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and food safety standards
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology for production and inventory management
- Drive bakery area performance including quality and date control standards
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Model high quality service and mentor associates
- Comply with company policies and promote a culture of inclusion and integrity
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Continuously improve bakery operations and adapt to new technologies
