- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- manages bakery performance including quality control, waste reduction, and seasonal event preparation
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- acts as a brand ambassador by mentoring and supporting team members
