Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Use decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to enhance sales and production decisions
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
