Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to comply with company policies and food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
- Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve member experience
- Drive performance of the bakery area including quality and date control standards
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- Identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Act as a brand advocate promoting high-quality service and products
- Train, develop, and inspire associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Complete work assignments and collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners
- Embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
- Build strong, trusting relationships and communicate positively
