Job Duties
- collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurements instructions working with decorating bags tips and nozzles
- ensures adherence to food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- drives performance of bakery area by ensuring quality date control and eliminating waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- models high quality service and interacts with associates to train and inspire them
- complies with company policies and standards of ethics
- completes work assignments collaborating with managers and coworkers
- embraces differences and fosters workplace belonging
- maintains high standards of integrity and accountability
